When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide. We use minimal cookies to remember your consent preference and to measure how the site is doing (aggregate analytics only). We do not use ad networks or third-party trackers.
How we use it
Contact submissions are used solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we start a project together, to communicate about that work. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
Cookies
We store a single preference cookie recording your response to the consent prompt. If you accept analytics, we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that stores aggregate visit data without personal identifiers.
Data retention
Contact enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client-project communication is retained for the duration of the engagement and up to 5 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@algomatryx.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
